Jack Quarter is a professor at OISE, University of Toronto, and is the co-director of the Social Economy Centre. He is the president of the Association for Nonprofit and Social Economy Research (ANSER) and co-author with Laurie Mook and Ann Armstrong of Understanding the Social Economy, University of Toronto Press, 2009.
