Ye Winlatt Indiana Tech, USA

Ye Winlatt is an adjunct professor and a Ph.D. candidate at Indiana Tech. He has over fifteen years of experience in workforce management including employment and training coordination, and HR practitioner in both union and non-union environment. Ye taught Human Resources courses at the National University of the Union of Myanmar (NUUM) before joining Indiana Tech as an adjunct professor in 2023. Ye was born and raised in Burma, currently known as Myanmar, and came to the United States with a scholarship program that promotes Burmese nationals with the tide to the revolution of restoring democracy and human rights in Burma. Ye holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and MBA with a Human Resource concentration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ye joined the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program in 2021, specializing in cultural implications on followership behavior.
