Anupam Singh is working as an assistant consultant with Tata Consultancy Services. He has a Masters in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore, India. He started working in 2007 with Tata Communications Ltd., Account of TCS, for a brief stint and then moved on to working for ABN AMRO Bank, Netherlands Account. He has wide experience working as a solution designer in banking, specifically in billing, account maintenance systems, and financial bookkeeping. He is a certified Scrum master and is currently working as a solution architect for a major SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) transformation program within ABN AMRO. He has co-authored a case titled “Can assessment woes be put to rest” published by Sage Publications.
